Principals Message

Dear Weldon Elementary Global Academy Family,

I hope this letter finds you well and your school year is off to a fantastic start! It is with great excitement and a deep sense of responsibility that I write to introduce myself as the new principal of Weldon Elementary Global Academy. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition of commitment to student success.

I join the Weldon Elementary family with 12 years of experience in education. I most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Bunn Middle School in Franklin County Schools. Over the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of serving in various roles, including instructional coach, site coordinator, elementary teacher, and teaching abroad. These experiences have provided me with a broad perspective on education and strengthened my belief in the importance of a well-rounded, globally focused learning environment.

As we begin this journey together, I am committed to working alongside our dedicated teachers, staff, families, and community members to ensure that every student at Weldon Elementary has the opportunity to thrive. My goal is to build upon the great work already in place and to continue fostering an environment where all feel supported, empowered, challenged, and valued.

I understand that the school year is already well underway, and I am eager to jump in, listen to your thoughts, and collaborate with the entire Weldon community to maintain and enhance the positive momentum that has been established. I believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential to our students' success, and I look forward to building those relationships with you.
